Where space is limited, and expansion isn’t a possibility, a small sink is a perfect space saver. A basic no frills sink over a pedestal will fit into nearly every space but still fulfill the functionality of the lavatory. A small sink is probably not as accommodating like a large sink for washing out personal items but the lavatory isn’t the laundry room, either..
